An apartment with breathtaking views for 2 to 4 people. Cinema (70m2) was once the sleeping quarters of the large farming family that lived at Polmone long ago. You reach this three-room apartment via a wide stone staircase to the first floor. It is cozily and comfortably furnished and offers a cinematic view of the hills and valleys around it, constantly changing in color and shadow. The spacious living room has a pleasant open kitchen and there are two large bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. This accommodation has three different terraces where you can choose to have a meal, have a drink or simply relax.

Camino is perhaps the most characteristic part of the old farmhouse. This is where the farming family once lived, and there is still a large fireplace in the high central space and the original sink has been preserved. The rest of the floor consists of bedrooms. The main bedroom has a lovely double bed and an old linen cupboard to store your clothes, the other bedroom has two single beds and an extra bed, making the room very suitable for children, who can then each sleep separately. At the top of the stairs is a small terrace where you can have a nice breakfast, and there is also another terrace a bit further from the apartment where you can enjoy looking out over the valley in the evening sun.

Simpatica is a holiday apartment for a maximum of 2 people and is located on the ground floor. It is a charming apartment that stays pleasantly cool in summer because direct sunlight doesn't enter through the spacious covered terrace. The apartment features original old terracotta tiles, and still has the wooden beam ceilings characteristic of the Italian countryside. It has a spacious living room with a kitchenette.
