It is located on a prominent hilltop in Picciano, Abruzzo, and offers panoramic views in all directions, including a direct view of the sea. The villa features a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry room, two double bedrooms, one four-person room and a sofa bed. The interior is spacious and luxuriously furnished. Air conditioning is available in part of the villa (one bedroom and the living room). Additionally, the property has two fireplaces and central heating. Guests can use a BBQ area, the swimming pool with panoramic views and various terraces
