Just outside the medieval village of Montottone, halfway up a hill, lies our restored farmhouse. Rural and sun-drenched, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, sunflowers and golden grain fields. We are a farm with mainly olive groves. Nature, peace, space and a magnificent view. In summer we offer our guests, among other things, comfortable accommodations, a lovely spacious swimming pool and a cozy large outdoor lounge. We rent out 3 apartments and 5 fully equipped Luxury Tents (Glamping) with private bathrooms and an outdoor kitchen.
Various beaches are reachable in half an hour, the Sibillini mountains in 45 minutes. In between, the beautiful and varied landscape of Le Marche is wonderful for lovely excursions (by bike, car, scooter). Nice restaurants, friendly people, summer festivals and all kinds of sporting activities round it off perfectly.

The various apartments are on the ground floor and each has its own adjoining terrace.

Fully equipped sturdy Karsten tents for 4 people on very spacious pitches with a stunning view. Excellent beds. Well-equipped outdoor kitchen with dining table under a shady pergola.
