About Aurora Mar The apartment is located in Edificio Aurora Mar, a small-scale and well-organized complex with three storeys and a total of 24 apartments, each with two bedrooms. Below the building you will find shops and restaurants, so you can easily dine out or shop close to home. For guests with a car there is free parking nearby. Pool and sun facing south At the rear of Aurora Mar is the spacious shared pool, exclusively and freely accessible to residents of the complex. The pool has a separate children's pool, shower, changing room and toilets. The apartment is located at the back of the building and has a south-facing balcony where you can enjoy the sun for most of the day. From the balcony you have a view of the charming street, where both holiday-makers and local residents pass by. Location in Praia do Carvoeiro Opposite the apartment runs a street that leads directly to the coast and the famous Algar Seco. The illuminated Carvoeiro Boardwalk also starts here: a wooden walking route of approximately 570 meters along the cliff coast, connecting the central beach with Algar Seco. This walk takes you effortlessly past beautiful views, rock formations, caves and natural pools to the beach and the charming centre of Carvoeiro. Praia do Carvoeiro is a relatively small but lively village, known for its bay, terraces, restaurants and shops. High-rise buildings are not permitted, which allows the village to retain its charming, well-organized character. Good accessibility Aurora Mar is easily accessible by private car, rental car or public transport. From Faro airport it takes approximately 45 minutes to drive to Praia do Carvoeiro.
