Au Charme Charentais

"Au Charme Charentais" has two charming and comfortable gîtes, each with its own terrace furnished with parasol and fine garden furniture. The yellow and blue gîte (each for 4 people) are situated next to each other and offer a magnificent view of the swimming pool and castle from their spacious terraces. All beds are 2 metres long and equipped with a comfortable box spring combination. Each gîte has fast and free wifi. Additionally, there are two communal gas barbecues available for use. You can rent the gîtes separately, or together for families or groups of friends up to 8 people. Ideal for enjoying together, with all the comfort and complete privacy. Blue Gîte (4 people) On the ground floor of the blue gîte you will find an open and inviting living space with a fully equipped kitchen (sink, gas cooker and extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and convection oven), a comfortable seating area with smart TV and a cosy dining area. The antique fireplace next to the seating area adds an extra touch of nostalgia to this space. The open wooden staircase leads to the hallway on the upper floor, from where you have access to three bedrooms and the bathroom. The first two bedrooms each have a comfortable 90 cm bed. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed of 160 cm and also offers access to a charming little terrace. From there you enjoy a picturesque view over rolling fields and a nearby village. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and sink. The spacious private terrace of 6 by 4 metres, located on the south-west side, forms a perfect extension of the open living space. Like the yellow gîte, you enjoy an unobstructed view of the swimming pool and castle. The comfortable garden furniture and parasol invite you to enjoy the southern outdoor life for hours. In the evenings, this is the ideal spot to admire the sunset behind the castle with a drink in hand. On the right side of the terrace, an outdoor staircase also leads to the small upper terrace of the master bedroom. TIP: The blue and yellow gites are semi-detached and therefore also very suitable to rent together for groups of up to a maximum of 8 people.
