These feature unprecedented finishing and comfort: each has its own bathroom, kitchen, dining area, a sleeping place with double bed (160 x 200), a sleeping place with two single beds (80 x 200) and a mezzanine accessible by a small ladder with double bed (140 x 200). Each has its own air conditioning/heating. Should the weather turn bad for a day, simply close the sliding window, but you'll still have a view over the vineyard and the beautiful surroundings. In the tents you have access to the same facilities as in the apartments Each tent stands in its own garden of approximately 600m2 with a beautiful panoramic view over the vineyards down to the Adriatic Sea. For each tent a wooden terrace has been built through which you enter the tent via a large sliding window. The windows have screens, so you can leave them open and bring the outdoor feeling inside.

ROSMARINO Spacious two-room apartment (52m2) for two persons with an extra sofa bed (160×200) in the living room. Rosmarino is located on the ground floor and has a terrace with beautiful views over the Monti Sibillini. You enter the living area with a nicely furnished kitchen, dining area and seating corner. From here you walk into the bathroom with washbasin and spacious walk-in shower. At the back there is also a separate toilet. Ensuite is the bedroom with a bed with a very comfortable mattress (180×210). All apartments are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and bathroom. They all have screens and interior shutters to guarantee total blackout. On warm days they remain pleasantly cool thanks to passive cooling, ensuring you a good night's sleep in a healthy environment. On the cooler days of the year, underfloor heating provides the necessary warmth.

SALVIA Spacious three-room apartment (approx. 60m2) for 4 people with extra sofa bed (160×200) in the living room. Salvia is located on the ground floor and has a terrace with sea views. Through the beautiful original front door you enter the living area with nicely furnished kitchen, dining area and sitting corner. From here you go to the bedrooms. This is one large space with a central 'box' containing the bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and separate toilet. It has two sliding doors so you can close off the sleeping area. The sleeping areas are furnished on one side with a double bed (180×210) and on the other side with two single beds (90×210) which you can push together to form a double bed. The entire apartment features the typical ceiling of the region. All apartments are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and bathroom. They all have screens and interior shutters to guarantee complete darkness. On warm days they stay pleasantly cool thanks to passive cooling, ensuring a good night's rest in a healthy environment. On cooler days of the year, underfloor heating provides the necessary warmth.

Origano is located on the first floor and is accessed via an external staircase that leads to the spacious roof terrace which offers a beautiful 270° view over the sea and the Sibillini mountains. You enter into the living space with a nicely furnished kitchen and dining area. The master bedroom with double bed (180x 210) has its own sink and freestanding bathtub. From the living room you also access the other bedrooms. This is one large space with a central 'box' containing the bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and separate toilet.
