7 km from the beach of Guardamar del Segura. Quietly located on the edge of the village of Benijófar. The villa is equipped with: 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a double bed of 180 by 200, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 by 200m, 2 bathrooms, all with shower, sink and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and necessities (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, hob, combined oven/microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, plancha provided in the kitchen on the roof terrace). Furthermore, on the roof terrace there is a cosy lounge with pergola, on the ground floor there is a TV and dining table and a sofa. On the first floor terrace there is also a large hammock. Only 500m away there is a large department store, several others within 2 km. Within 1 km there are dozens of restaurants and bars. At 450m there is an excellent tapas restaurant (Bar Sonia) and at 100m there is a breakfast and lunch place (La Terracia). Rental price upon request, depending on the period.

    Ideaal gelegen huis met tal van mogelijkheden in aanpalende dorpen. De kamers zijn ruim en rooftop dé plek bij uitstek om de hele dag (en late avonden) te genieten.

    Prachtige villa, alle comfort voorzien, zelfs een frigo met lekkere flessen wijn. Het zwembad is ook ideaal en vanop het dakterras heb je een mooi uitzicht
