Cabo de Palos, a charming, authentic fishing village, is also nearby, with plenty of cosy restaurants and bars. So peace and quiet, fun, sport, culinary experiences and culture – something for everyone! CASA COMODO is a luxury ground-floor apartment for 2 or maximum 4 people. It has a beautiful living area with large TV and large windows opening onto the terrace, fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms, one with dressing room, and 2 bathrooms, a large terrace with direct access to the shared swimming pool, located in a nice quiet urbanization, and close to the sea. Also a parking space for your car in underground garage. Here you can fully enjoy an oasis of peace with all facilities at your fingertips! Top location 5 minutes from Calblanque nature park, Cabo de Palos and Mar Menor Golf. La Manga with 36 km of beach, cosy restaurants on the boulevard of Mar De Cristal and the charming Los Belones (1.5 km) are nearby. Shopping? Cartagena, Dos Mares and Zenia Boulevard are all easily accessible. The beautiful historic cities MURCIA and CARTAGENA are respectively 20 and 10 minutes from our apartment. Cabo de Palos, a very beautiful harbour and bay, is also 10 minutes away and has many lovely restaurants and bars. Water sports, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkelling or renting a boat without a licence – walking, cycling, everything is possible here! Prices: All-inclusive: electricity, water, air conditioning and heating, WIFI – bed, bath and kitchen linen included, also underground parking low season: September through June is 500 eu/week high season: July and August is 1000 eu/week Deposit of 300 euros at reservation (will be refunded to you within a week after your stay and inspection).     Het gehele compex wordt prima onderhouden. Het verblijf geeft je onmiddelijk een vakantiegevoel. We zijn door warme mensen ontvangen die tips gaven. Mooie omgeving niet ver van het strand, een spar winkel en drink/eetgelegenheden. Temperatuur was erg aangenaam. Een aanrader.
