Casa Almendras is a beautiful villa, nestled in the countryside near Benamargosa, approximately 1.5 km from the village. The access road to it is a bit adventurous... But once you arrive at the top, you are rewarded with breathtaking views over the sea and the surrounding hills dotted with almond, mango and avocado trees. The fully renovated villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are equipped with a queen size bed (160x200) and each have an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The other 2 rooms each have 2 single beds and a shared bathroom with bath and shower. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher opens onto a terrace where you can have breakfast with beautiful views of the surrounding nature. In the sunny and open living room there is a seating area with wood stove and smart tv and a dining area. The large swimming pool (8x4) with outdoor shower is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with breathtaking views. The space, tranquility and privacy you experience here are indescribable... There is also a shaded relaxation area, bbq space and large dining table to enjoy the warm southern evenings with friends or family. Casa Almendras owes its name to the many almond trees on the 6000m² estate. In spring these are beautifully in bloom and give the landscape a white pink colour. In the village of Benamargosa there are various bars and restaurants. There is also a large supermarket with a butcher's counter and a bank. Casa Almendras is located approximately 50 minutes' drive from Málaga airport and half an hour from the sea. The villa is quietly situated and offers plenty of privacy. It is the ideal place to completely relax or to use as a base to discover the many beautiful attractions of Andalusia.

Casa Valle Niza is located in a beautiful and peaceful private urbanisation on the coast of Almayate Bajo (near Torre del Mar), within walking distance of the beach. The typical Andalusian homes are carefully distributed throughout the urbanisation and each has a magnificent terrace with views of the sea, Almayate beach and the mountains. There is a large communal swimming pool with plenty of space around it for sunbathing. The pool is fully fenced for children. In addition, you can enjoy the communal spaces of our neighbouring urbanisation, including a fitness room and paddle court, as well as a children's pool and playground for the little ones. Casa Valle Niza has a spacious and bright living room with dining area on the ground floor. The modern open kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, also features a breakfast bar. On warm days the living room can be cooled with air conditioning. There is also a separate toilet. Outside, on one side of the house is a breakfast terrace. On the other side you have your own parking space within the urbanisation and (very conveniently) close to the back door. On the first floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master suite (queen size bed 160 x 200) has its own small balcony and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The other 2 bedrooms (1 with queen size bed 160 x 200 and the other with 2 single beds) share the second bathroom with rain shower. On the top floor there is a spacious roof terrace/solarium with beautiful views of the sea and mountains, a BBQ area and a small fridge. A wonderful place to relax in the evening and enjoy another successful day. Just 40 minutes' drive from Málaga airport, Casa Valle Niza is the ideal place for your holiday on the Mediterranean Sea. Sunny Cervantes is a beautiful apartment, located in a quiet neighbourhood in the historic centre of Málaga. The apartment is southwest-facing and situated on the 4th floor (with lift) so you can enjoy the incoming sun almost all day long and get a beautiful free sunset in the evening. The apartment has a lovely and spacious living area with dining corner and open views of the cathedral. 3 large high windows with typical little balconies ensure plenty of natural light throughout the day. The large air conditioning unit in the living area provides cooling in summer and heating in winter. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with spacious wardrobes. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious rain shower, sink and toilet.
