Casa La Escapada

WE RENT OUT TWO APARTMENTS AND A STUDIO IN OUR SPANISH HOME. HOW DID OUR STORY BEGIN? In October 2014, Kathy and Guy embarked on a great adventure by moving to Spain and turning their Casa La Escapada into a beautiful and welcoming apartment complex/B&B... by the end of 2016, they had already received one of the highest "awards" possible in this field, namely victory in the TV programme "Four in Bed" (VTM), and this with a historically high number of beds - rightfully awarded by their Flemish/Spanish fellow B&B operators! In spring 2020, Kathy and Guy moved to a larger home with double the space, a garden, a large swimming pool and beautiful sea views, all just a few hundred metres away from their previous home. The house was stripped, completely renovated and looked after down to the finest detail! The way Kathy and Guy welcome their guests, do everything in their power to please them and above all try to give them a warm homely feeling, has not only been decisive for the beautiful result on TV, but is above all what they have heard time and time again, for eleven years now, as the most beautiful compliment from their guests! At the beginning of their adventure, Kathy and Guy promised on the website as their slogan "We promise you a home away from home" and they keep that promise anew every single day! Come and discover and experience it yourself on one of your future holidays! The name, Casa La Escapada, which means "escape", was chosen based on the various meanings that the word symbolises for Kathy and Guy: escape from stress, escape from the daily grind, finding peace, blissful doing nothing or for the many cyclists who like to stay here: escape from a peloton,... Between Teulada-Moraira and Calpe lie some of the most beautiful bays on the Costa Blanca and they form part of Benissa's territory. Beaches, bays, sandy or pebbly, all with crystal-clear water, a perfect setting for water sports and sailing. The bedrooms are all spacious, completely renovated, most with en-suite bathrooms in natural materials and offer you all the comfort for a complete moment of rest. In the living room there is an extra high-quality sofa bed so that each apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6/8 people. Come and discover and experience it for yourself!
