For more than 20 years we have been enjoying the fantastic Mediterranean climate on the Costa Blanca, known for its mild and sunny winters and pleasant summers. We are pleased to offer our beautiful bungalow for 6 people with stunning sea views to anyone who wishes to share in our enjoyment.
The bungalow is surrounded by various sandy beaches that are just a 5-minute walk away. On the nearby boulevards you will also find some pleasant little restaurants. Furthermore, the accommodation has a spacious communal swimming pool and a lovely garden. The residence is not accessible to non-residents. Parking is usually available close to the accommodation. During peak season it is possible that you may need to walk 5 minutes from the parking spot to the bungalow.
Apart from the sea with plenty of opportunities for water sports, there are several sports facilities in the area such as the golf courses of Las Ramblas, Las Colinas and Villamartin as well as well-maintained tennis courts and padel courts at the Campoamor golf resort. Cyclists and hikers will also certainly be able to enjoy themselves here.
Numerous supermarkets are within a 10-minute walk. At 1.5 km away is the popular shopping centre "La Zenia Boulevard" with 150 shops where you are sure to find what you are looking for. Both Alicante airport and Murcia airport are approximately 50 km from the bungalow.

Rental price for the bungalow for 2025-2026 (electricity and water included). No long-term contracts: maximum rental period 2 months: November to February: 340€ / week; March to April: 350€ / week; May, June, September and October: 370€ / week; July to August: 575€ / week (first 2 weeks of July and last 2 weeks of August) and 640€ / week (last 2 weeks of July and first 2 weeks of August). For rentals of less than 2 weeks, an administration fee of 50€ will be charged. Final cleaning will be done for you for 125 euros. The use of bed linen is charged at a flat rate of 10 euros per person. How to pay rent: 30% upon reservation; balance 3 weeks before departure; Deposit: 130€ (will be refunded after receipt of the key). We also have a contract with a Dutch-speaking person who runs a property management business and who, should any unexpected problems arise with something not functioning in the bungalow, can take the necessary steps. They also take care of the bed linen and final cleaning.

Super aangenaam verblijf! Prachtige ligging vlak aan zee, ideaal voor met kinderen. Het huisje is mooi inorde en volledig uitgerust. De communicatie met de eigenaars liep ook zeer vlot. Zeker een aanrader, wij komen terug!
