Casita Almendra has been renovated into a modern accommodation, so you'll have all the comforts during your holiday in Tàrbena. Yet the authentic features of the property are clearly visible; these are strongly emphasized by the typical Spanish décor. Behind the bed in the bedroom you'll find a niche in the wall and pebbles from the beach form the floor of the shower. Almendra also has the original natural stone wall of the ruin, a riurau. This wall runs through from the living room into the bathroom. From Almendra you have a clear view of the mountains and farmland. Upon arrival, a local bottle of wine will be waiting for you. The Costa Blanca has a Mediterranean temperate climate. This means that winters are mild and summers relatively cool. Extreme temperatures such as in southern Spain are therefore rare here. The mountain ridge where Can Elisa is built lies on the seaside of the mountain. Through this connection with the sea, we have a refreshing sea breeze blowing across our land all day long. To create shade, we've built a pergola at the front of the cottages. The casitas remain delightfully cool despite the heat. They are equipped with special heat-resistant glass, the outer walls (50cm thick) keep the heat out and retain the coolness of the night (Can Elisa is located at 500 meters altitude). Still looking for cooling off? Within 5 minutes you'll be in the village swimming pool (July and August) in our village of Tàrbena. Within 15 minutes you can swim in the refreshing mountain water at the Fonts d'Algar waterfalls. Or you can take a lovely dip in the sea within 30 minutes.

Casita Oliva is fully modernised, so you have all the amenities and will experience plenty of comfort during your stay. Yet the characteristic details of the house are still clearly visible. These details are strongly emphasised by the typical Spanish furnishings of the casita. The original natural stone wall is the focal point of the living room, the bedroom has a large, antique window and the kitchen features a granite sink. The living room also has large sliding glass doors, giving you a beautiful view of the Sierra de Bernia mountain range and the surrounding farmland.
