At Casa Sarandy you stay in complete peace in the heart of Andalusian nature among goat farms, almond and olive trees, just a stone's throw from the charming white village of Almogía (35 km inland from Malaga airport). This is the perfect base for visiting, for example, Málaga, Córdoba, Granada, Ronda or Antequera, spending a day relaxing on one of the Costa del Sol beaches or strolling through the narrow streets of typical white Andalusian villages. Nature lovers will also find plenty to enjoy here. The El Torcal Natural Park is practically our backyard, the world-famous 'Caminito del Rey' mountain path is just an hour's drive away, you can enjoy the views in the 'Montes de Málaga' or discover the regional hiking network towards Santiago de Compostela. Finally, we offer our guests an extensive activity package in cooperation with our local partners: Vespa Tours, quad excursions, boat trips, bike rentals, hiking tours, wine tastings, … We've even bundled some of these into the 'peregrino', 'sendero' and 'aventura' packages. Our accommodation options: - Guest room Chouffe is a 2-person room (bed 1.80m x 1.90m) in the main building with en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), air conditioning/heating, wifi and a private terrace with a view of the pool. Bath and bed linen are included. For up to 3 nights you pay €95/night including breakfast for 2 people. If you stay 4 nights or more, the price is €85/night including breakfast. From 7 nights you pay €75/night including breakfast. - Guest room Andalouse offers the same comfort as guest room Chouffe, but here you have a view over our panoramic 'backyard'. For up to 3 nights you pay €95/night including breakfast for 2 people. If you stay 4 nights or more, the price is €85/night including breakfast. From 7 nights you pay €75/night including breakfast. - Casita Mayo is a cosy guest accommodation for 2-3 people with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open-plan kitchen, living area with sofa bed and private terrace with BBQ and panoramic views. Casita Mayo can be booked from €85/night on a room-only basis + €50 final cleaning + €250 deposit. Choosing a family holiday? Then you can combine Casita Mayo and guest room Andalouse: - as guest accommodation for max. 5 people with seating area/open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (from €115/night on a room-only basis). Breakfast service and dinner available on request. - as family room 'Andalouse Family' for max. 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (from €130/night including breakfast).     Prachtig gelegen b&b met groot terras en fantastisch uitzicht op een kleine 30’ van Malaga. Zeer behulpzame uitbater wie ons dagelijjs van de nodige tips en weetjes voirzag. Mooi en lekker uitgebreid ontbijt met dagelijkse verrassing; mogelijkheid om avondeten te nuttigen bereid door gastvrouw die dagelijks de meest lekkere gerechten op tafel toverde ! Sara is een zeer bescheiden maar uitzonderlijk goede kok! Kortom alle ingrediënten om er voor ons een perfecte vakantie van te maken ! Een aanrader

    Onze wandelvakantie in Málaga was werkelijk fantastisch! Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons enorm welkom bij Sandra en Andy. We werden zelfs persoonlijk opgehaald aan de luchthaven, wat meteen voor een ontspannen start zorgde. Tijdens ons verblijf werden we echt in de watten gelegd. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd: van het heerlijke eten tot de warme, gastvrije sfeer. Sandra en Andy doen er alles aan om het hun gasten naar de zin te maken, en dat voel je in elk detail. De wandelingen waren prachtig en goed georganiseerd, met adembenemende uitzichten en routes die perfect waren afgestemd op ons niveau. Na een dag wandelen was het heerlijk thuiskomen op een plek waar je je meteen op je gemak voelt. Kortom: een absolute aanrader voor wie wil genieten van natuur, rust en oprechte gastvrijheid. Wij komen zeker terug!

    Wat een rust daarboven op de berg bij Sarah en Andy en wat een schitterend uitzicht. We verbleven in het appartement Casita Mayo : veel plaats en alles wat je nodig kan hebben, is er. De ligging van de b&b is heel geschikt zowel voor wandelingen als stadsbezoeken. We maakten een daguitstap naar het Alhambra in Granada maar konden ook genieten van de spectaculaire Caminito del Rey. Andy is daarbij heel behulpzaam. Hij gaf ons goede raad zodat we onze uitstappen konden plannen volgens de weersverwachting. Ook veel nuttige documentatie of beschrijvingen van wandelingen. Sarah is dan weer een ongelooflijk goede kokkin. Nergens hebben we ooit zo’n goed ontbijt gehad. Het lunchpakket is top en het avondmaal telkens een sterrenrestaurant waardig. Sarah en Andy zijn heel vriendelijke mensen die er alles aan doen om het hun gasten naar hun zin te maken. We gaan zeker terug !

    Lieve uitbaters met oprechte aandacht voor de gasten. Mooie ligging in de bergen. Nette kamer met alles wat je nodig hebt. Heerlijk ontbijt en avondeten met liefde bereid door Sarah. Andy voorziet je elke dag van tips om de prachtige omgeving te ontdekken. Niet twijfelen, gewoon gaan. En ontdek het echte Andalusie. PS: vergeet niet een huisgemaakte cocktail te drinken.
