The Le Marche region offers excellent climate, warm and friendly people, cultural value, breathtaking scenery and of course the local food and wine offerings are certainly well worth it! Casa Vista Verde comprises 2 buildings and a garden.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living area (from early 2027).

In winter, heating costs are included up to 150 euro/week, which is sufficient for normal use. Any additional consumption will be charged separately.

a) Ground floor:
o Living room with dining table and sofas;
o Luxuriously equipped kitchen (gas cooker with 5 hobs, cooking island, 2 refrigerators with freezer, 2 convection ovens, dishwasher);
o 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet;
b) First floor: max 9 persons
o 1 bedroom with 2 single beds/or 1 double bed (2 persons)
o 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed + 1 double bed (4 persons)
o 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2 persons) and 1 pull-out bed (3 persons). This room also gives access to the stairs to the ground floor
o 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet;
The 2nd building consists of 2 units each with separate access: max 5 persons
a) 1 bedroom for 2 persons (1 double bed) + bathroom with shower and toilet
b) 1 bedroom for 3 persons (2 single beds/or 1 double bed + 1 single bed) + bathroom with shower and toilet.
c) Downstairs games room with pool table, foosball table, TV, bar, sofa ...
