Enjoy the Spanish sun at our holiday home. Our holiday house is located just 2 km from the beach of Playa Flamenca, Orihuela Costa. Our house is situated in a gated urbanisation. The layout of our house is as follows: a terrace at the front of the property on the ground floor, a living room with adjoining kitchen and a storage room with a bathroom equipped with a shower downstairs. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, and also on this floor a bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is another bedroom that spans the full length of the house with 2 single beds and also a bathroom with shower. On this floor there is also a terrace. We also have an underground parking space for those who rent a car or drive to Spain with their own car to park it safely, and there is also plenty of parking available around the urbanisation. The urbanisation has an outdoor swimming pool open from May to the end of October and an indoor swimming pool open from November to the end of April. At approximately 600 m walking distance is the La Zenia shopping boulevard center with many shops and restaurants. On Saturdays the local market takes place every week in the street of the urbanisation. A few minutes' drive by car you will find the Cabo Roig strip. A perfect base for visiting Murcia or Cartagena and Torrevieja with its salt lakes. Close to Villamartin with its golf courses
