Garden with pétanque court that will be expanded this summer with play equipment and a sports field.
The house is situated in the middle of a beautiful walking area with a waymarked trail system (Ourthe Supérieur maps).

The property is situated at an altitude of 450 m, offering beautiful views over the Ourthe valley.
You can take lovely walks and bike rides in the area.
In Bérismenil you will find a Celtic site "le cheslé" where you can look down on the meandering Ourthe.
We are located in the triangle of Durby, Bastogne and La Roche-en-Ardenne, which all deserve a visit.
Throughout the region there are still monuments to the Ardennes Offensive at the end of 1944, with the museum in Bastogne as its highlight.
For the kids there are the playgrounds of Chlorophylle in Dochamps and Houtopia in Houffalize.
For teenagers there are outdoor centers in Nadrin (2 km) and Durbuy and canoe trips on the Ourthe in Maboge, Nisramont, Houffalize.
So there is something for everyone.
