Colombard is a spacious holiday home suitable for 6(8) people. Pets are not allowed and the house is non-smoking. There is wifi and Android TV. For warm days there is air conditioning in the living area and a pellet stove for when it gets cooler.
Our holiday home is located on the private holiday estate "Les Pinèdes" in Etang Vallier (Brossac) and has approximately 40 cottages. Each house has a spacious plot, so you can fully enjoy your privacy. Due to the wooded surroundings you have plenty of shady spots ideal for warm days. On the estate there is also a large outdoor swimming pool with a children's pool that is exclusively accessible to park residents. Just outside the estate there is a lake with a sandy beach.
