The fienile, an old hay barn, the casa, the old farmhouse, both beautifully restored on a plot of approximately 2,800 m² with a landscaped garden with fruit trees and an herb garden. All around wonderful views over the surrounding hills. On the lower part of the grounds is the swimming pool of 5 x 12 m with a separate zone for small children. There are plenty of sun loungers and there is an outdoor shower.

The fienile, the old hay barn, offers plenty of space for 4 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious seating area with a simple music system, a dining room, a toilet, a storage room with washing machine, a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, 4 gas burners, a microwave and a dishwasher. The first floor has a mezzanine with a double bed, a separate bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower, 2 sinks, a toilet and a bidet. A hair dryer is provided. The fienile is equipped with air conditioning for the warm days and a stove for the cooler days. There is WIFI. There is a spacious terrace, provided with a table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers. There is also a BBQ.

    Wij verbleven begin september 10 dagen in de fienile. Het was een geweldige vakantie! Het huisje biedt alles wat je nodig hebt en met je vragen kon je steeds terecht bij Marie-Anne. De ligging en het uitzicht was gewoon formidabel alsook hebben we genoten van het geweldige zwembad. Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die van rust houden en de regio willen verkennen.

    Wat een fantastische plaats, wat een heerlijk huis ! Het is hier rustgevend en inspirerend. Vooral de combinatie van goede authentieke smaak met degelijkheid van huis en meubilair en keuken, zorgt voor ontspanning. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een zalige vakantie is aanwezig : ruime kamers, goeie keuken, een heerlijk terras met degelijke eettafel en goeie parasol, verkwikkend zwembad en een ruime berging voor fiets en andere spullen. En de natuur rondom : van vlinders overdag tot steenuil en bosuil als de avond valt. Genieten !

    Begin september verbleven wij een week in de fienile ...een comfortabele vakantiewoning gelegen in de prachtige Marche. Het huis is ideaal gelegen om de streek te verkennen en dit voor ieder wat wils, sport, cultuur, de prachtige kust, maar ook genieten van lekker italiaans eten en drinken. Ter plekke kun je buiten genieten op je terras of aan het zwembad ....La dolce far niente!
