The Chambre de FALETAN is located on the ground floor of the Maison de Gardien. * The large room has 2 window areas, an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. * The room has 2 small steps * 1 at the entrance of the room and 1 step between the bathroom/toilet and the bedroom. * The bed is extra long 160 x 220 (2-person mattress) * The bed has 2 single duvets Thanks to the thick walls (55 cm), the rooms stay pleasantly cool in summer. It's the natural air conditioning On the ground floor of the Maison de Gardien is the cosy living/breakfast room with an adjoining extra space where you can help yourself to unlimited coffee (fresh bean machine) and tea. There is a well-stocked fridge with local Burgundy wines, beer and various soft drinks. (charged separately) The living area has a 2-seater and a 3-seater sofa, and a wood-burning stove. While preserving beautiful original details, we have added comfort and cosiness High ceilings, original floors, warm colours form the basis for both the living/breakfast room and the 4 rooms in this stately house But the most important thing is the view From the entire space, through double French doors, there is a beautiful view of our castle and the U-shaped courtyard OTHER ROOMS Via the blue original wooden external staircase you reach the 1st floor There are 3 rooms there Chambre de MUSY, Chambre de DAMAS, Chambre de PRUNELE The spacious rooms, with beautiful views of the estate or the castle, all have their own luxury ensuite bathroom. The rooms are light, equipped with all comforts, tastefully furnished and have comfortable beds (160 x 200), high ceilings, large window areas The 13 hectare grounds include woods, meadows, a lake and a large landscaped garden. There is always a place where you can sit comfortably. Whether in the sun or shade, by yourself, sheltered, with a lovely view of our castle, our lake or our horses. Throughout the grounds there are lovely deckchairs (bear chairs), seating areas and benches For fishing enthusiasts, our lake contains carp and pike (the largest pike that was caught was 1.19 m) Swimming is not permitted in our lake
