Located directly on the river La Beaume, in South Ardèche 15 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc (Grotte Chauvet 2) and at the entrance of the nature reserve "les Monts de l'Ardèche". Within walking distance in the nearby surroundings the villages of Joyeuse and Rosière. A paradisiacal setting with breathtaking nature. The river Labeaume is 30 meters from the domain where you can enjoy wonderful sunbathing on the flat rocks. Numerous activities on site, large heated swimming pool and a small paddling pool for the youngest. (heated with solar panels). Private parking, private gardens and communal WIFI point at the pool and each gîte receives WIFI on its private terrace at the cottage itself. A fully renovated farmhouse and former silk worm farm with 8 holiday cottages (gites) (from 2 to 14 persons) including one large gite for 12 persons and a new house (La Joyeuse) for 8 to 10 persons. There are two gites (Carpe Diem and Portokali) that are adapted for wheelchair users. Description: private terraces on the sunny side, each gite has a separate terrace with adjoining garden (Portokali and Grand Chène have a shared garden with BBQ). Pleasant outdoor dining, BBQ available. Each terrace has WIFI connection. The gîtes all have air conditioning (except the group gite), washing machine and dishwasher and TV. Pets welcome, by request only. Flat rate 30 euros/stay. Sheets and towels can be rented. (rates on website) Final cleaning is optional.
