El Aleph (*) is a villa from a thousand and one nights in a magnificent and fairytale-like location.
The recently fully renovated villa is very bright. All around there are terraces everywhere, where you can always find a pleasant spot in or out of the sun. The swimming pool is spacious and beautifully situated among the trees.
This tastefully decorated, meticulously maintained villa features a covered terrace with a long wooden table where you can comfortably dine with up to 12 people. Additionally, on the grounds there is a separate 'casita' - a romantic bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a beautiful view over the valley. The villa is completely private to book and features 4 bedrooms and bathrooms.
Ideal for 6 adults and a maximum of 6 kids, but also extremely suitable for a friends' stay.
The kids' room has 2 built-in bunk beds each sleeping 3 people and is equipped with a PS4.
The open kitchen is equipped with a SMEG stove/oven, an American fridge with freezer, fruit press and espresso coffee machine.
Outdoor fun is guaranteed with the trampoline and table tennis table.
The villa is also winter-proof with heating, a fireplace and board games to enjoy the cooler winter evenings.

Owner Joost is happy to give you personal tips about their favourite spots, beach bars, restaurants, beaches and 'things to do' in the area. Plenty to keep you entertained for one or even two weeks – if you can manage to tear yourself away from El Aleph.
El Aleph offers an oasis of peace with plenty of private space in the heart of the green hills of Andalusia, just 20 km from the sea, and is the ideal setting for a wide range of outdoor activities:
- Hiking (try El Saltillo!)
- Cycling
- Horse riding
- Canyoning
- Diving
- Golfing
- Lovely beaches with nice beach bars
- Málaga: the fresh produce market, Picasso museum
- Granada: visit the Alhambra.
El Aleph is located at the foot of the Moorish mountain village of Canillas de Aceituno, in the province of Málaga. Transport yourself to the Middle Ages and walk through the cobbled streets, steeped in history. The recently opened El Saltillo with its 5m high and 54m long suspension bridge is still an undiscovered gem but an absolute must-see.
El Aleph stands for the point where everything comes together: time, experiences and new possibilities. It is a place and concept that invites you to take a step back from the hustle and bustle and stimuli of everyday life.

Meanwhile, after 3 days (unfortunately) we've readjusted to the Belgian rhythm and look back on a relaxing and lovely holiday in your beautiful Villa El Aleph.
How much we enjoyed the breathtaking views and the unspoilt nature that gave us both rest and energy. The cosy and fully equipped villa that made us feel like coming home and never wanting to leave. The Spanish rhythm and southern vibes that made us realize what enjoyment is and what life really is (away from the Belgian hustle). And especially the quality time we had with our family in a fantastic setting where nothing was required and (almost) everything was allowed. How much the little ones enjoyed 'their' house in Spain (looking back, that's how they see it – it really felt like coming home for them ????).
We also want to congratulate you because you have poured your heart and soul into this home and that is felt there every single day (everything is available, even for the kids, lots of tips, documentation and especially… your warmth as a person is so present). We felt that you do everything to give your guests a lovely stay and a fantastic trip.
Also thank you for the lovely follow-up in the months leading up to our departure with all the necessary documentation and your availability for questions, etc. Thank you for your concern, interest and follow-up on the day of departure. It speaks volumes about you Veerle how much you care about your guests! We didn't feel like customers but truly like royalty! The tips for planning our first day (arrival) we greatly appreciated because this ensured an immediate start to a wonderful holiday without searching and without worries.
We wish you continued success in everything you undertake. We're already spreading the word and will definitely be back to Malaga to admire your other villas ????.
