Although 'La Laureraie' is quietly located, there is a bakery with grocery store just 500m away. Various shops can be found a couple of km away. In Terrasson (2 to 3 km) there are several restaurants where you can enjoy a nice meal.
'La Laureraie' is the ideal base for exploring the numerous attractions such as (prehistoric) caves, many castles, picturesque villages, beautiful gardens or the magnificent nature of the Perigord.
Cublac is easily accessible: there is an exit just 8 km away.

There are three bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Thanks to the spacious fitted wardrobes, you have plenty of storage space. The two bathrooms are equipped with a double sink and a spacious shower. All windows are fitted with electric shutters. The south-facing heated swimming pool, spacious terraces and pool house are located right next to the house. Wifi is free. You have a large garage at your disposal with space to park two cars. In the garage there is a washing machine and tumble dryer which you can use free of charge.
Babies and (young) children are very welcome. There is plenty of material standard in the villa for them and also free to use such as: a high chair, changing mat, changing table, baby bed with firm mattress, baby duvet with pillow, potty, children's chair, children's table with matching chairs for outside and lots of toys.
Practical info:
- Deposit upon reservation: 30% of the net rental price and the balance three weeks before arrival at the holiday home.
- Final cleaning (mandatory): 115 euros
- Water, electricity consumption and accommodation taxes are included in the rental price.

Prachtige, zeer ruime vakantiewoning voorzien van alle comfort. Uitstekende ligging op wandelafstand van bakker/kruidenier en op nog geen 5 min rijden van het mooie en gezellige Terrasson. Zeer vlotte communicatie met de eigenaars die heel sympathiek en gastvrij zijn. Prijs-kwaliteit top! We komen graag nog eens terug. Woning is ook perfect onderhouden.

Mooie villa, heel netjes en heel goed ingericht met meer dan voldoende huisraad, prachtig zwembad en zeer mooi uitzicht, rustige locatie en toch dichtbij winkels enz.

domain du panorama heeft zijn naam niet gestolen! prachtig zicht op de weide omgeving en op het oude terrasson letterlijk alles is aanwezig ,lokale winkels en bakkers evenals de grote winkel ketens je komt echt niets te kort je kunt best de omgeving verkennen.een echte aanrader !

Positief: Zeer ruime, mooie vakantiewoning. prachtige ligging op bergflank met zicht op Terrasson.
Alle moderne comfort, groot zwembad en voldoende tuinmeubelen en ligstoelen.
