In the heart of the green hills of Umbria with breathtaking panoramic views near the historic village of Fratticiola Selvatica. In 2003 we renovated this traditional Umbrian house with our own hands, taking into account the local style: handmade terracotta floors, original wooden beams, handmade tiles in bathrooms and kitchens, stone facades, etc. Here you can enjoy one of our spacious apartments or rooms, all with a terrace or veranda overlooking the green valley of the Alto Chiascio. Enjoy the peace by the swimming pool or one of the terraces, Enjoy some music, a book in the shade of the large pergola or simply do nothing: Il Dolce far Niente! A spacious swimming pool surrounded by greenery with a beautiful panoramic view over the valley. A day trip to one of the many cultural attractions, a walk in the area or one of the beautiful nature parks, renting an electric or regular bike for a trip around Lake Trasimeno or a Bike&taste tour from Assisi to Spello with wine tasting at Tili, renting a Vespa for a day or longer: plenty of choices! Every day begins with a delicious and extensive breakfast: homemade products or from local producers, truly organic brown and white bread (fresh every morning), breakfast cakes and fresh eggs, and in the evenings themed dinners or a choice from our extensive menu, lovingly prepared by Loredana! Just 25 minutes from Perugia airport, without noise pollution! Direct flights from Charleroi with Ryanair (from March to October). The next nearest airport is Ancona. Top locatie voor het bezoeken van de mooie stadjes in Umbriê! Een B&B waar je andere gasten leert kennen, samen tafelen, genieten van de lekkere maaltijden en dranken! Gastheer Tim deelt tips en verhalen mee. Wij verbleven 14 dagen in een ruim comfortabel appartement! Dit jaar was het in de maand mei nog frisjes om een duikje te nemen in het zwembad!
