GÎTE DES SILVES
The "Gîte des Silves" is a large and charming holiday home (renovated stone farmhouse) located at an altitude of 1400 m right next to a small mountain hamlet in the French Southern Alps. It is situated 10 minutes from the ski slopes of Montclar les 2 Vallées and Chabanon (over 100 km of ski slopes in total) and 15 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon (beach, water sports). The house enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and has a large private garden with two furnished terraces and a barbecue. The medieval town of Seyne-les-Alpes is 3 km from the "Gîte des Silves". You will find all shops and restaurants there.
The house is suitable for a maximum of 12 people and offers:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and (140 x 200 cm);
- 2 bedrooms with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm;
- a dormitory on the mezzanine with 4 single beds (90 x 200 cm);
- a bathroom (bath/shower) with 2 sinks;
- a second bathroom with large shower and 2 sinks;
- 2 separate toilets;
- a large fully equipped kitchen with induction piano cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher,...
- a dining area with a very large table for 12 guests;
- a large living room with fireplace and television;
- an "old-fashioned" veranda with relaxation area and changing room;
- two terraces with panoramic views and barbecue area.
- a large garden with panoramic views of the mountains.
The small medieval town of Seyne-les-Alpes, which offers all amenities, is 3 km away. The house is suitable for families or a group of friends, but also for a smaller group. The rental price varies depending on the season and number of occupants.
Rental is possible all year round.
PRICES:
During mid and high season the property is rented PER WEEK, from Saturday to Saturday.
During low season the house can also be rented for SHORT STAYS (minimum 2 nights)
Discounts are given to small groups of a maximum of 6 people.
WEEKLY RENTAL PRICES (Saturday to Saturday):
- from 27/06 to 29/08/2026: € 1700,-/week
- from 29/08 to 19/12/2026: € 1500,-/week
- from 19/12/2026 to 02/01/2027: € 2000,-/week
- from 02/01 to 06/02/2027: € 1600,-/week
- from 06/02 to 06/03/2027: € 2000,-/week
- from 06/03 to 26/06/2027: € 1600,-/week
- from 26/06 to 28/08/2027: € 1800,-/week
- from 28/08 to 18/12/2027: € 1600,-/week
For small groups of 6 people or fewer a discount of € 460,-/week or € 80,- per night (short stay) is given. Contact us to request this discount.

For small groups of 6 people or fewer a discount is given (from € 160,- to € 460,-, depending on the number of nights). Contact us to request this discount.
Rates are all-inclusive (beds made on arrival, towels provided), with the exception of end-of-stay cleaning (€ 90, optional) and tourist tax (€ 1.65/adult/night).
