Mas Lou Mistrau

Recently renovated Mas in a top location with views and within short walking distance of the extremely charming village of Villedieu and its "place" with several lovely cafés and restaurants. Our Mas was tastefully restored while respecting the original elements of the historic wine farm. Mas lou Mistrau is a luxury villa for a maximum of eight people where you can enjoy all the peace and quiet that Provence has to offer, all in complete comfort. This unique spot is equipped with all the essential elements for a blissful holiday. You can relax in complete peace in the beautiful garden with heated swimming pool of 12 x 4, pétanque court and magnificent sunsets. There is a private 11KW charging point for electric cars available. Charging will be billed according to standard rates. Upon arrival and departure there is a multilingual reception lady who is also available for further information during your stay. INTERIOR The stylish black kitchen with marble countertop has a central function in the dining and living area and opens onto the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality Siemens appliances: A large induction hob for six pots, two convection ovens, two dishwashers, microwave oven, American refrigerator with ice maker and ice water dispenser. The kitchen features high-quality materials and tableware as well as a Nespresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, etc. In the dining room the natural stone walls of the original farmhouse have been preserved and from the kitchen you can enjoy a beautiful view over the valley. Further on the ground floor there are two lounges, one equipped with Smart TV with TV-Vlaanderen. The other lounge is better suited for reading a book or planning the next cycling trip. On the ground floor there is a separate guest toilet and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the upper floor there are four large bedrooms, all with a beautiful view of the surroundings. All bedrooms have a luxurious boxspring bed of 2m by 2.1m from the Swiss Sense brand. Darkening is possible by means of shutters. There are three bathrooms, two with Italian shower, toilet and one with bathtub. There is an individual toilet on the upper floor. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning. Through an ingenious duct system the temperature in each room can be controlled individually and no units are visible. The air conditioning is therefore very quiet and without disturbing noises. The lights in each room are individually dimmable and can be set as desired. There is an alarm system in place so you can leave valuable items with peace of mind. There is a gas barbecue with also a plancha and grill plate. There is a pizza stone for baking delicious homemade pizzas on the outdoor kitchen. Pets: As much as we like animals we have decided not to allow pets. The surroundings offer various attractions. Towns such as Vaison La Romaine, Nyons, Grignan, Séguret are within short driving distance. Avignon, Orange, Montélimar, Dieulefit are 40 minutes drive away. For cyclists there are beautiful routes and for the real sports enthusiasts there is of course also Mont Ventoux, the foot of which is 15 kilometres away. Hikers can venture on challenging or leisurely walks. There are countless marked walks in among others Les Dentelles de Montmirail, Les Gorges de la Nesque, the Mont Ventoux area, the hiking river Le Toulourenc, etc. The region is known for its many good wine estates, truffles and restaurants where food lovers can indulge themselves.
