A very beautiful holiday home with air conditioning throughout, which can also be used for heating during cooler periods but will mainly provide cooling during the summer season. Rentals exclusively from Saturday to Saturday. Each period has its own price.
Suitable for 6 persons + 1 baby. Located 15km from the Côte d'Azur but much quieter than the coast. For those who want to fly and rent a car there. Only approximately 46 km from Nice Airport.
Panoramic views from across the entire property because it sits about 30 m higher, just like a postcard.
Consisting of 3 bedrooms + large living room with adjoining open kitchen (with all possible luxuries) cellar (with washing machine and tumble dryer) + garage + covered terrace with furniture at the dining area and also a spacious terrace with furniture and 6 sun loungers at the 8x4m swimming pool. 2 separate toilets and 2 bathrooms. The entire property is enclosed with ironwork and also has an automatic gate. Your car and possessions are therefore always secure when the gate is closed and your little dog is also safe and cannot escape.
Our holiday home is within walking distance (approximately 800m) of the centre of Bagnols en Forêt. A small village with various terraces and little restaurants. About 2.5 km away there is a Carrefour with petrol station for your shopping. But 15 km away you will find very large shops with 45 checkouts.
From here there are very beautiful excursions to be made, for example Saint Tropez (30km) Cannes (40 km) Monaco, Gorge de Verdon, Fayence, Seillans, the perfume town of Grasse.... In the area there are very many old Roman villages with a rich past. Delightful old, narrow streets to wander around in. All worth a visit. Prefer an excursion to Monaco or Nice or Île Sainte-Marguerite or Saint Honorat? All within reach.
