The estate is located in Languedoc at the foot of the Cévennes and the border of Provence, in the GARD department, (80 km from Avignon, 45 km from Nimes, 50 km from Montpellier and the Mediterranean Sea). The restored water mill is naturally located on the edge of a small river "Le Conturby". In the outbuildings are 4 gîtes (apartments) of various sizes (4 to 6 people) with views of the river and mill pond. Swimming pool (6x12m/from 50 cm sloping down to 1.70m) in the garden invites you to lounge and read, HEAT PUMP ensures a constantly pleasant temperature.
