Gîte Puy de Sancy (4 to 5 people) This gîte is the original ancestral home, over 160 years old. Various original elements have been preserved in the renovation. The gîte breathes charm and cosiness. You enter the gîte centrally between the kitchen and the sitting area. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Gîte Puy Mary (4 to 5 people) This gîte is the original home of the parents and their family. The building is approximately 100 years old. With great care, old elements were incorporated into the renovation so that modern comfort and authenticity are perfectly combined. On the ground floor you will find an equipped kitchen with dining area and a seating area. In the bathroom there is a sink, a shower and a toilet. On the upper floor: 2 separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a single bed. The gîte is centrally located and offers an overwhelming view over the grounds. Moulin des Borderies offers guest room 'La Mortagne' in the heart of beautiful Auvergne. The rooms are NOT rented in July and August. This accommodation features a room with a double bed (price calculated for two adults, possibility for multiple people on request), an outdoor swimming pool (May-September), animals, a river, a terrace, a large estate (garden) surrounded by woods,... Depending on the season, guests can enjoy a drink at the bar, a meal with a view of the estate, cycling, hiking, skiing,... The room features a spacious sitting area, private bathroom with shower. Gîte Puy en Velay (3 to 4 people) This gîte is the original cottage where the Vergnol family crafted their artisanal butter, cream and cheeses. Grandfather Vergnol was renowned in the region for his dairy products. The gîte has on the ground floor a cosy sitting area with an open kitchen and dining area next to it. The bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. Gîte Puy de Dome is the original pig sty. The detached building is more than 140 years old. This building lent itself particularly well to preserving the old structures and elements. Coziness, originality and authenticity: the keywords here too! The attic floor and the roof structure were completely opened up and give this gîte a particular charm. The gîte has 2 open bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. On the ground floor are the spacious kitchen, dining room and sitting area. Next to the barn, there used to be a bread oven. It now serves as a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. The terrace is located at the front of the gîte, with a view of the entire grounds and close to the swimming pool.
