PassaDia is a peacefully situated holiday home on the grounds of a former fully renovated farm with fantastic views over the fields. - Max. 22 people: 19 adults and children + 3 babies (1 baby cot available upon request) - Following a complete renovation of the former family farm, the stables have been completely stripped and converted into a spacious, luxurious holiday home with all amenities. - The house has 5 bedrooms for a maximum of 19 people (2x3-bed, 2x4-bed, 1x5-bed). Each room has its own bathroom with sink, shower or shower/bath and toilet. Each room is equipped with a smart TV. - Enjoy the beautiful guest area with seating area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and mezzanine with extra TV. - Air conditioning in all rooms - The large garden is the icing on the cake and makes your stay during summer truly perfect! There is plenty of garden furniture, a grass area with trampoline, petanque and an adventurous play area for children from 4 years old. - Sauna available in the home and can be hired for an additional charge. - Free high-speed wifi throughout the house and on the terrace. - Private parking with charging point for electric vehicles This is truly 'the place to be' for a wonderful holiday with family, friends or colleagues in a relaxing atmosphere in nature and away from the daily grind. www.passadia.be

Weekend rental only possible for two or three nights, e.g. from Friday to Sunday or from Friday to Monday. Ascension Day: 4 nights Easter, Whitsunday,... weekends: 3 nights Midweek rental (1.000€ - 1.700€) or weekly rental (1.750€ - 2.555€) also possible at favorable rates available upon request. Includes bed linens, heating, water, energy and final cleaning. Possibility to rent towels on site. Sauna rental is optional. Possibility to place 3 children's beds that are brought by the renter.     Heel mooie locatie, met goed ingerichte tuin, speelplein, trampoline en echte geitjes. Heel leuk voor de kindjes. Ook de vuurschaal achteraan de tuin was een pluspunt. Kortom we hebben genoten van ons familieweekend. Een aanrader!

    Wat een ZALIG vakantiehuis hebben jullie! We genoten met volle teugen van de leuke tuin - die ook de kids helemaal geweldig vonden! - en de zalige, ruime leefruimte. De bedden liggen zó goed dat we soms te laat waren voor ons dagelijks aperitiefje ;-) Een TOP-verblijf om 'U' tegen te zeggen! Ciao Ciao en misschien wel tot een volgende keer. De Moatjessss

    Wij hebben hier genoten van een prachtig familieweekend. De accommodatie is geweldig, het weer was fantastisch en het gezelschap mega! Wat wil je nog meer? De kinderen en kleinkinderen hebben volop genoten. Dit weekend zal zeker een blijvende mooie herinnering zijn. Bedankt.

    Prachtige locatie en vakantiehuis voor ons jaarlijks familieweekend (met 15 personen). Heel net en volledig ingericht, prachtige tuin met speeltuin voor de kinderen. En enkele dieren die ze dan ook mochten voederen. Ter plaatse is er heel wat documentatie voor uitstappen in de omgeving. Kortom, voor ons een vakantiehuis om terug naar toe te gaan :-)
