You'll find, among other things, a spacious and atmospheric living room, an open kitchen with a cooking island, dishwasher and oven, air conditioning and electric roller shutters.
Both bathrooms feature a walk-in shower and underfloor heating.
In the living room there is a flat-screen TV with TV Flanders, Flemish and Dutch channels and streaming options.
The apartment also has a balcony with a view of the swimming pool.
Thanks to the lift, you can easily reach the penthouse and the underground private parking.

Outside the apartment you can also relax wonderfully.
The gated and well-maintained residence has a large communal swimming pool with lounging area and parasols.
In addition, our guests can use the fitness room, sauna and pétanque court.

Casa Buena Vida is not an anonymous holiday rental.
We, Kris & Katia, are in personal contact with our guests and are also available for questions when preparing your holiday.
Upon arrival you will be personally welcomed by our permanent key holders. No anonymous key box, but a clear explanation so you can relax and start your holiday.
There is also a local contact point during your stay.
We are also happy to share our own tips for restaurants, beaches, markets and fun outings in the area.
Via our key holder it is also possible to arrange breakfast, tapas or other dishes to be prepared or delivered.
???? Quiet location and yet everything nearby
Casa Buena Vida is located in Orihuela Costa on the southern Costa Blanca.
The residence itself is quiet and well-maintained. Ideal for those who want to relax and not stay in the middle of a busy nightlife area.
By car you can reach beaches such as La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima in just a few minutes, as well as restaurants, bars and shops.
La Zenia Boulevard, one of the region's most famous shopping centers, is also nearby.
Golf lovers will find various golf courses about 10 to 20 minutes' drive away.
Torrevieja, the nature reserves and salt lakes, local markets and numerous walking and cycling options are also easily accessible.
Alicante and Murcia airports are about 45 minutes' drive away.
A (rental) car is recommended to make the most of the area. You have your own parking space in the underground garage at Casa Buena Vida.

From a simple menú del día to a cozy evening by the sea: there's something for everyone.
Those who like to cook themselves can also enjoy the fully equipped outdoor kitchen on their own rooftop.

We like clear agreements without unpleasant surprises.
Included in your stay are:
water, wifi in the apartment and on the rooftop, bed linen, bath towels, kitchen linen and beach towels.
12.5 kWh of electricity per day is also included.
Electricity consumption can be monitored transparently via the digital meter. Only any excess consumption will be charged afterwards.
