The villa is located in Moraira-Benitachell (Costa Blanca). Moraira has grown from an authentic fishing village into a beautiful, attractive and especially peaceful holiday destination with a magnificent marina, lovely promenade and many restaurants, shops and an authentic Spanish market every Friday. Right behind the marina lies the beautiful El Portet. Benitachell is a neighboring municipality of Moraira and the villa is approximately 10 minutes' drive from Moraira beach or 15 minutes from El Portet or 15 minutes to the larger beach in Javia (Xabia) with also plenty of restaurants and shops here. It is a quiet region with certainly NO mass tourism and few hotels and dining out is significantly cheaper than in Belgium J From the villa you are a 20-minute drive away from Calpe by car and 40 minutes from Benidorm. Within about an hour you can reach the beautiful city of Valencia or Alicante, definitely worth the trip!
